Thoughts from February 20, 2006
Okay so getting older should not be so damn bad... I mean didn't I wish for the day when I was older, on my own and able to do whatever I damn well pleased? Well realization of your age is quite interesting when you note that your nephew is going to be 20 when your 44 or when you happen to stumble across a myspace page created by someone you once were left in charge of for pretty much the first 10 years of their life... (yeah you know who you are LOL), and realize that they really aren't a kid anymore. Life is just crazy like that... being a nanny, babysitter, big sister and aunt takes that kind of tole I suppose... for in my eyes they will always be my "kids".
